Dr Benny PV is a Professor & HOD Department of Community Medicine & Staff Advisor in Sree Gokulam Medical-College. MBBS (Medicine) from Government Medical College Trivandrum, MD (Preventive Medicine) from Medical College (Govt.) Trivandrum, DPH (Public Health) from Medical College (Govt.) Trivandrum. His areas of interests include nutrition, obesity, non-communicable diseases, communicable diseases & epidemiology. Other than being HOD, he is also serving as Nodal Officer for RNTCP, Medical Officer for ICTC and as a Research Committee Member SGMC . He is a Life Member Of Public Health Foundation, India and also the Life Member of Indian Medical Association.

With a keen interest in Healthy Lifestyle, Mahesh actively involves and is part of health and well- being movements. A Postgraduate in Finance, he handles Operations for Candok Lifestyle. In his capacity as the Head of Operations, he is passionate and committed towards creating the required ecosystem for our the business and customer well- being .

A Passionate Ayurvedic Practitioner and an expert in Rasa Sastra ( a pharmaceutical branch of medicine which deals with herbs and their use in therapeutics), Dr. Sooraj is passionate about general health and well-being. He holds B.A.M.S. and M.D(Ayu) from Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences, Karnataka. He is associated with the Arya Vaidya pharmacy, Permal Koil street, Coimbatore as a Sr. Medical officer and has his clinic in Kollam.

Dr Bijesh is a health enthusiast and a football player. When time permits he loves cooking. He is married to Dr Arunya, ( Homeopathy Doctor) and they have one child. He is a practicing Dental Surgeon and holds graduation from Pondicherry University. In his role as the head of research and medical affairs, he is actively involved in researching through publications and handling the medical Affairs for Candok Lifestyle Division. He promotes plant based diet for prevention, management and reversal of lifestyle diseases.

Silpa is passionate about nutrition, healthy cooking and well-being of people. When time permits she does gardening as well as craft work. She is also a certified diabetic educator and a clinical nutritionist. Silpa is a Nutritionist at ICDS, Pothencode Block, Trivandrum. She is a Nutritionist, expert in Food and Nutrition helping patients choose right food to eat, plan menu and advise them on the health effects of different foods.

Anu M.V., completed her graduation in home science from NSS college for Women, Trivandrum. She has done her post graduation in MSC clinical nutrition and dietics. A certified diabetic educator, family counselor and clinical nutritionist, she is currently working as a Lecturer for Nutrition at PRS college of nursing. Her areas of interests include consultation, screening, focus on wellbeing, meal planning, obesity management and stress management. She has special interest in healthy cooking and her hobbies are reading journals and listening to music.

Nima Yesodharan is a Clinical Nutritionist with a postgraduate degree (M.Sc) in Food and Nutrition. Her areas of interest are learning, teaching and counseling patients about nutrition. She worked as a Clinical Dietitian in few Hospitals and as a Nutrition Trainer at ASAP (Additional Skill Acquisition Program). Prior to becoming a health coach at candok, she worked as a Nutrition Tutor in PRS college of Nursing, Trivandrum.
