Our Heath Coaches are passionate to listen to you, to guide you on powerful yet simple dietary and lifestyle changes that can make you feel better quickly. These small changes can dramatically improve your wellbeing and health. It’s all about healthy, happy and tasty eating. Not just the denial or deprivation.

Nutritional Assessment: Your readiness to learn and explore possible options is an important criteria for successful transformation. Once you are willing to explore, our Health Coach will conduct a lifestyle and nutritional assessment. This detailed assessment serves as the foundation for recommendation and guidance.

Hear from our Coaches: Some foods are healthier for you than others. Based on your current health conditions and lifestyle, you will receive recommendations and guidance. Our approach predominantly focuses on a plant based diet which includes vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, pulses, cereals, nutri cereals, etc. On a case to case basis, if you are a non-vegetarian, based on the condition and risk factors, a cautious approach and controlled portions of low fat dairy, egg whites and meat may also be included in your diet. Meticulous care to exclude foods that can cause harm and at the same time adding foods rich in nutrients are equally important.

Promotion (WHP) Programs

Individual Responsibility, Employer Support: Wellness cannot be delegated, but it can be encouraged and facilitated. An employer sponsored program; Workplace Health Promotion aims to support employees (and often family members) adopt and sustain behaviors that reduce health risks and improve quality of life.

Successful wellness programs use evidence-based programming to reduce employees’ modifiable health risks linked to behaviors such as  unhealthy eating habits, physical inactivity, tobacco use and poor work life balance.

The Candok Reboot Program is all about you taking control of your health. Most participants will see a remarkable difference in their health and well-being even before they complete the 7 days residential program. Our goal is to help you learn about healthy diet, physical activity, mindfulness and see for yourself where you stand in the lifestyle barometer and your health parameters. Based on this you will make your own decisions and have control on the changes you make for yourself. – You and your dear ones deserve it – Reboot and Bring back the taste in life.

Medical care is provided to each participant personally by our Medical Doctor(s) and the care team. The dramatic improvements you experience are simply the result of a highly nutritious diet, exercise, mindfulness, a focus on better daily habits and gaining freedom from the unpleasant side effects of medication. Unfortunately, these changes are not easily accomplished by people on their own, so our 7-day program is designed to help our participants accomplish that.

People often worry that their regular doctor will object to stopping their medications, but the program’s purpose isn’t to interfere with your doctor’s prescription. We want to make you healthy enough so that you can consult your doctor and reduce the medications or stop those which you no longer need. Our team is trained to help you make a smooth transition back to your regular doctor when the program is over and, when appropriate, we are happy to speak to your doctor directly.
